30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At MePlus Gem, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your jewellery purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully before initiating a request.

 

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all certificates and proof of purchase.
  • Contact with us must be made within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Customised, resized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

 

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Provide Proof: Include proof of purchase, photos of the item, and a description of the reason for return or exchange.

  3. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and certificates, and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

  5. Inspection & Confirmation: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

 

Return & Exchange Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged due to our manufacturing fault.

  • For exchanges, any price difference will need to be settled prior to shipment of the replacement item.

  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items that meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above. Customised, resized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Refund Process
  1. Approval: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

 

Warranty

MePlus Gem provides a 12-month warranty on all jewellery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from improper care. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

 

Cancellation Policy
